Mobility & MovementProgressive StrengthBeginners & Returning Exercisers

My name is Ryan and I am a Personal Trainer. Born and raised in New Zealand, I moved to the UK in 2011 and now live and work in south west London. After a 15-year career in mechanical engineering, I hung up my overalls to follow my passion and pursue a career as a personal trainer. Focusing on mobility, controlled movement and progressive strength training I use my own lived experience of rehabilitating myself from injuries sustained on the sports field to coach my clients. My key focus is longevity through controlled movement and strength training. I specialize in beginners and returning exercisers who are looking to improve their mobility and strength. My goal is to make exercise accessible to everyone regardless of your level or physical capabilities.

Whether you're looking to build strength, increase your energy, or simply establish a healthier daily routine, the biggest hurdle isn't usually motivation—it's structure. As a certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in cutting through the noise and building sustainable, results-driven programs tailored to busy lives. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Together, we'll map out a strategy that fits your unique goals, fitness level, and daily calendar.

I believe that in order for any health and fitness journey to be successful it has to be well aligned and balanced with each individual's lifestyle. My passion is helping every client strike the right balance with carefully structured training programs and dietary advice to create the most positive change. I like to work with a very strategic approach to help each and every client reach their goals and understand the need to make constant changes along the way to keep progressing. The most rewarding part is seeing clients reaching goals they didn't think were possible and getting them in the best shape of their lives past 40.
